Pikobello in ChatGPT and Claude
Connect Pikobello to the AI assistant you already use and ask about your campaigns, creators and results there. This page covers how to connect, what the assistant can do, what it asks you first, and how to disconnect.
Contact
Questions, problems or a connection you want removed: email hendrik@vibelab.be. A person reads and answers that address. Vragen in het Nederlands zijn ook welkom.
1 What the connection does
The assistant works in one Pikobello workspace that you choose, with your own access. It sees nothing you cannot open yourself in the dashboard at app.pikobello.ai.
In a brand or agency workspace, you can ask it to:
- list your campaigns and show where one stands: applications, drafts waiting for review, invitations;
- report campaign results, such as views, reach, engagement and cost per 1,000 views, for the whole campaign, per creator, per platform or per post;
- search the creators you already work with, and find new creators in Belgium;
- show which creator conversations are waiting for a reply;
- summarise what you spent, agreed and still owe per campaign;
- prepare work: draft a campaign, accept or decline an application, review a draft, invite creators, send a message or record a payout you made.
An agency workspace covers all its clients, within the permissions each client gave the agency. In a creator profile, the assistant can find open campaigns, apply, hand in work, pass on the figures from a screenshot of your statistics, update your profile, and read and answer your messages with brands.
2 Connect ChatGPT
Once Pikobello is listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory, open it there, select connect and continue with section 4. Until then, you can add it yourself in developer mode:
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and select the plus button.
-
Enter the name Pikobello, enter this URL under Connection:
https://mcp.pikobello.ai/mcp, and choose OAuth as the way to sign in. - ChatGPT sends you to Pikobello to sign in. Continue with section 4.
Developer mode is available on the Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans. On a Business or Enterprise plan, a workspace admin may have to allow it or add the app before members can use it.
3 Connect Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose to add a custom connector.
- Enter the name Pikobello and this URL:
https://mcp.pikobello.ai/mcp - Select connect. Claude sends you to Pikobello to sign in. Continue with section 4.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may have to add the connector first. In
Claude Code, run
claude mcp add --transport http pikobello https://mcp.pikobello.ai/mcp
and then sign in through /mcp.
4 Sign in and choose a workspace
- Sign in with your Pikobello email address and password.
- Choose one workspace: a brand you manage, an agency with all its clients, or your creator profile. When you have only one, it is already selected.
- Select Approve. You go back to ChatGPT or Claude, and the connection is ready.
To work in another workspace, disconnect and connect again, then choose the other one. If the page says your account has no workspace yet, set up your brand, agency or creator profile in Pikobello first.
If you have no Pikobello account yet, create one at app.pikobello.ai/onboarding. An account you created in WhatsApp has no password, so it cannot sign in here.
5 What the assistant asks you first
Asking for results, campaigns, creators or messages changes nothing in Pikobello.
In a brand or agency workspace, every tool that sends something to a creator or changes a campaign has a preview step. Pikobello asks the assistant to run that preview first, show you what would happen, such as who gets a message and on which channel, and make the change only after you say yes. That covers messages and invitations, drafting or publishing a campaign, deciding on an application, reviewing a draft and recording a payout.
In a creator profile there is no preview step. When you ask the assistant to apply to a campaign, hand in work or answer a brand, it does so when it runs the tool.
Messages and invitations reach real people. Read the preview before you confirm. ChatGPT and Claude also ask for your permission by default before they use a tool that changes something. You manage that setting in ChatGPT or Claude.
The assistant cannot move money. Recording a payout notes a payment you already made; no money goes anywhere. No tool deletes a campaign, an application, a deliverable or a message.
6 Disconnect
- In Pikobello. Go to Connected apps: in a brand workspace under Settings, in an agency under Settings & team, in a creator profile under Connections. Select Disconnect next to the app and confirm. From its next request on, the app has no access anymore.
- In ChatGPT or Claude. Remove Pikobello from your apps or connectors there. Revoke it in Pikobello as well, so keys the app may still hold stop working.
A connection also stops when you lose access to its workspace, for example when an agency removes you as a member.
7 Your data
What the assistant reads in your workspace goes to OpenAI or Anthropic together with what you type, under your own account with that provider. In a brand or agency workspace, Pikobello records which tool ran, when and whether it worked, without the content of your requests. Pikobello never sees your conversations in ChatGPT or Claude. The details are in section 2.10 of the privacy policy and in the terms of use.
8 When something does not work
- The assistant says it has no access or asks you to sign in again. The connection was revoked, your access to the workspace changed, or the connection went unused for sixty days. Connect again from ChatGPT or Claude.
- Numbers look wrong. Results come from the figures creators report or your team adds. A number nobody reported stays empty and is never counted as zero. Open the campaign in Pikobello to check the figures per post.
- Anything else. Email hendrik@vibelab.be with the assistant you use, the workspace, roughly when it happened and what you asked. Never send a password or a key.
9 Report content
To report content on Pikobello that you think is illegal or that breaks our terms, use Report content in the app or email hendrik@vibelab.be. Say where the content is and why you report it, and give your name and email address. What a report needs and how we decide is in chapter 10 of the terms of use.
